**Parish Regional Co-Assistant File Managers**

Guidelines:

OVERSEEING PARISHES IN YOUR REGION:
1. To check periodically that new files are being uploaded.
   a. Watch the daily upload list.
   b. NOTE: I keep a list on my computer and a hard copy with notes.
2. To check that FM's are adding the new copyright notice to files.  
3. To check parishes that what should be text files are not being
set as HTML files.

ADOPTED PARISHES:
Once a file manager has taken a parish, there will be a 1 week
period to give that person time to work on the parish site.
The site will then be checked by the regional file manager for any
inconsistences in guidelines.
