When you receive a permission from a business, newspaper, individual or
any other, it needs to be uploaded as a text file.

1. Use the first 4 letters of your parish name followed by 3 numbers
(i.e. winn01.txt).

2. Upload this text file to: 
http://files.usgwarchives.net/la/state/history/archives/permissions/winn01.txt

3. Link the file on your TOC.
