Postcards:
Many parishes have an HTML directory for postcards.
Do not delete any item there. These postcards are also linked on a
state and national level.

If you add to the postcard collection please inform the state file
manager and the national postcard file manager.

If your parish adds a postcard folder, please name it "postcards",
then notify the same as above.
