Louisiana State Troops
Company B, 1st Louisiana State Battalion of Infantry
Company C,  2nd Louisiana State Guards Cavalry Battalion

These two companies are the same unit:  Young Greys, Captain John W. Stuart.
The infantry battalion was disbanded in March 1864 and Company B mounted and
assigned to the 2nd Louisiana State Guards Cavalry Battalion as Company C,
Captain John W. Stewart.  Note different spelling of his last name.

2nd Louisiana Infantry Regiment:
Company D, Pelican Rifles, Captain Jesse M. Williams

9th Louisiana Infantry Regiment:
Company F, DeSoto Blues, Captains Henry L. N. Williams, William F. T. Bennett

12th Louisiana Infantry Regiment:
Company A, North Louisiana Cadets, Captain John T. Jordan.

19th Louisiana Infantry Regiment:
Company E, Henry Marshall Guards, Captains A. J. Fortson, Andrew J. Handly,
John W. Pitts.
Company H, DeSoto Creoles, Captains John H. Sutherlin, Joshua L. Logan,
Michael G. Pearson, William H. Farmer

27th Louisiana Infantry Regiment:
Company G, Dixie Rebels, Captains O. L. Durham, Claiborne J. Foster.

29th Louisiana Infantry Regiment:
Company B, Elam Guards, Captain A. B. Harley

11th Battalion of Louisiana Infantry:
Company A, no nickname, Captains Augustus H. Jordan, Marshal D. Flenniken.
Company D, no nickname, Captain James J. Yarbrough
