A retired minister and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 12:10 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2001, at Sterling Place. She was 106 and a native of New Iberia. Visiting at Camphor Memorial United Methodist Church from 9 a.m. Tuesday until religious services at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Roger D. Lathan. Interment in St. Matthews Cemetery, New Iberia. Survived by loving and devoted cousins, Kathleen and Thomas Hutcherson, Jennie F. Foreman of New Iberia, Ernest W. Brown of Toronto, Ontario Canada, Myrtle G. Wright of Alexandria, Va., Gladys G. Sam of Houston; and a host of other family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband, George B. Williams; parents, Lawrence and Josephine Gullett; sisters and brothers. She was a graduate of Douglas and Howe Institutes i n New Iberia, Temple Christian Seminary, where she earned her Doctor of Divinity degree, Charette School of Design, Beverly Hills, Calif., and ]Biola College, LaMirada, Calif.
