The State of Louisiana
Parish of Caddo

Know all Men by these Presents, That we John Bullard as Principal, and Lymus
Bullard as security, acknowledge to owe to S. D. McEvery Governor of the
State of Louisiana, or his successor or successors in office, the sum of One
Hundred Dollars, the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs
and administrators in solido.

Given under our hands at Shreveport, this 10th day of April A. D. 1885. THE
CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH. That, whereas, the above bounden
John Bullard has this day obtained a License from the Clerk of the District
Court of the Parish of Casso, to marry with Miss Katie Hayes.

Now, if at the time said License was granted, there existed no legal
impediment or obstacle to the celebration of said Marriage, then and in such
case this obligation to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force
and virtue in law.

To any Minister of the Gospel, Judge or Justice of the Peace, who is authorized
to celebrate Marriage within the Parish of Caddo, Greeting:  You are hereby
Authorized and empowered to celebrate Marriage between Mr. John Bullard
and Miss Katie Hayes to join them together in Holy and Lawful Wedlock
according to law.

Given under my hand and seal of office, at the City of Shreveport, this the
10th day of April A.D. 1885.

STATE OF LOUISIANA 		PROCESS VERBAL OF MARRIAGE.
PARISH OF CADDO
	Remembered, That by virtue of a License issued by the Clerk of the District
Court of the Parish of Caddo, I Sydney Primus (?) have celebrated Marriage between
Mr. John Bullard and Miss Katie Hayes and have joined them together in Holy Wedlock,
according to law, this 11th day of April A. D. 1885.
