D. McEvery Governor of the State of Louisiana, or his successor or successors in office, the sum of One Hundred Dollars, the payment of which we hereby bind ourselves, our heirs and administrators in solido. Given under our hands at Shreveport, this 10th day of April A. D. 1885. THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH. That, whereas, the above bounden John Bullard has this day obtained a License from the Clerk of the District Court of the Parish of Casso, to marry with Miss Katie Hayes. Now, if at the time said License was granted, there existed no legal impediment or obstacle to the celebration of said Marriage, then and in such case this obligation to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue in law.
