He was 59 and a native of Donaldsonville. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a recipient of the Purple Heart and served as a Green Beret, Army paratrooper, recruiter, drill sergeant and ROTC instructor. Visiting at Ministry of Love from 8:30 a.m. Wednesday until religious service from 10 a.m. to noon, conducted by Dr. Bridgette Steib of Ministry of Love and Pastor Ora Bradford of Flaming Fire Ministries in Clinton.
