State vs. Jos. Smith, shooting with intent to commit murder; not guilty. State vs. John Levallon, injuring cars; nolle prosse. State vs. Amanda Carter and Sarah Dent; assault and battery; not guilty. State vs. Henry Dorsey, petty larceny; not guilty. State vs. Leon Hickman, afflicting a wound loss than mayhem; guilty, $30, fine, or two months in Parish Prison. State vs. Aleck Clinton, assault with intent to commit murder; guilty, $30, fine, or two months in Parish Prison. A. Robbins, vs. T & P R.R. judgment in favor of plaintiff for $15.00 and costs. Mrs. C. Laque vs. Morgan La. & T. R. R.; judgment in favor of plaintiff for $100.00 and costs. State vs. Marshall Green; shooting with intent to commit murder, was before the court yesterday, but we have not learned of any action taken in the matter. # # #
