May 18, 1888 - Friday The accuseds failing to appear were called three times...and not appearing, the Sheriff called Henna Ware, bondsman of Sam Perkins, Adam Billy and Alfred Billy, bondsmen of Alex. Billy, and Henry Johnson and Thos. W. Cook, bondsmen of Domingue Leblanc, three times in and three times at the door of the Court House, notifying said bondsmen to produce instantly the bodies of the accused and the said bondsmen failing so to do. It is ordered that said bonds be forfeited and a Judgement of forfeiture be now entered against each respective bondsman.
