AUTHEMENT, DORA PIERCE 

Dora Pierce Authement passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2010.

Beloved wife of the late Adam Felix Authement, Jr. Mother of Adam F. Authement, 
III and Terry Paul Authement. Mother-in-law of Karen Daigle Authement and Josie 
Puglise Authement. Grandmother of Adam F. Authement IV (Cheri), Philip J. 
Authement and Ashley A. Joyce (John). Great-grandmother of Adam V, Lauren, 
Taylor, Caleb, Elizabeth, Sammy and Jacie. Daughter of the late Elta and B.L. 
(Bush Luke) Pierce. Sister of Lloyd Pierce, the late Pearl Mentzer, Eleanor 
Shanks and Gloria Hannan.

She was 89 years of age, a longtime resident of Belle Chasse, LA for over 50 
years and most recently of Luling, LA. 

Relatives, friends and members of Terrytown Golden Agers were invited to attend 
the visitation at Mothe Funeral Home on Monday, September 20, 2010 from 9:00 AM 
to 11:00 AM. A Funeral Mass followed. Interment took place at Westlawn Memorial 
Park.
