Michael "Mickey" S. Bergeron, Sr, Age 61 years, and a lifelong resident of 
Norco, LA entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 

He is survived by wife of forty years, Glenda Breaud Bergeron, son, Michael S. 
Bergeron, Jr. (Tanna), daughter, Shelly Bergeron (Devin Lavergne), brother, 
Walter Bergeron (Linda Allen), sisters, Pearl Bergeron, and Teresa Bergeron 
(Vicki). Grandchildren: Ryan, Brock, and Emma Harrison, and Bradley Bergeron. 
Also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Ferdinand and Pauline Bergeron. Mr. 

Bergeron was a Lieutenant with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff' Office and a 
twenty year veteran of the force. In addition, he was the sole proprietor of 
Bergeron Automotive for thirteen years, and a member of the Knights of Columbus 
Red Church Council #3634 Norco. 

Mick will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a wonderful husband 
and father, a great brother and a loyal friend to all. He never met a stranger. 
The world shall morn as it has lost a father, brother, grandfather, teacher, 
police officer, uncle, and friend. 

Relatives and friends of the family, also members of the Knight of Columbus Red 
Church Council 3634 of Norco, are invited to attend the visitation at H. C. 
Alexander Funeral Home 821 Fourth Street, Norco, LA on Saturday, May 15, 2010 
from 8:00 AM until 12:45 PM. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM 
from Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Norco, LA. Interment will be in St. 
Charles Borromeo Cemetery, Destrehan, LA.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Loving Memory of Michael Bergeron 
to River Regions Hospice, 507 Upstream St. River Ridge, LA 70123.
