She was the Assistant Postmaster in Destrehan for 20 years. She was a Eucharistic Minister for many years and ministered to the sick and shut-in. A member of the Ladies Altar Society and a recipient of the St. Louis Medal. She is survived by two daughters: Linda Madere (Dave) and Marilyn Jacob (Jake) and one son, Clarence "Bub" Millet (Michele). Four sisters: Electa Copponex, Elva Gagliano, Julia Sanchez and Betty Oswald. One brother, Milton Duhe. Twelve grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents: Claude Duhe and Elia St. Pierre. Six brothers: Norman, Kenneth, Kramer, Allen, Lester and Claude Duhe. Three sisters: Odelia Louque, Doris Kollman and Alice Copponex Visitation will be held on Friday, December 31, 2010 from 10:00 am until 11:45 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 noon from the church with Msgr. Harry Bugler celebrant. Entombment will follow at the St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum.
