OCMOND

Louise Schexnayder Ocmond, 79, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 14, 
2010.

She was a life-long resident of New Sarpy, the beloved wife of the late O'Neil 
T. "Nellie" Ocmond of 60 years, loving mother of Connie Lott (Doel), JoAnn 
Bonura (Charlie), Peggy Tarullo (Freddie), Ronnie "Tommy" Ocmond (Catherine), 
Glenn Ocmond (Mindy), Randy Ocmond (Kari) and Betty Jo Morales (Billy); sister 
of Remy "T-Boy" Schexnayder.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and six sisters. She is also 
survived by 25 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-
granddaughter.

Relatives and friends were invited to attend a visitation at H.C. Alexander 
Funeral Home in Norco on April 16 and funeral services were held with interment 
following on April 17 at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery in Destrehan.
