POLK, MICHAEL TIMOTHY 

Michael Timothy Polk, beloved brother and friend, passed away on Friday, March 
5, 2010 in Albany, LA. 

Age 48 years. A resident of Albany, LA and a native of Norco, LA. 

Loving son of the late James M. Polk, and Betty Criswell Polk. Beloved brother 
of Jan P. Matherne and her husband Paul, James "Jimmy" Polk and his wife 
Janiece, Barry Polk and his wife Belinda. Former husband of Suzanne Hickman. 
Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services 
at ALEXANDER FUNERAL HOME, 821 Fourth Street, Norco, LA on Wednesday, March 10, 
2010 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum, 
Destrehan, LA. Visitation on Tuesday evening, March 9, 2010 after 6:00PM until 
9:00PM and again on Wednesday morning after 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
