Rose Bourgeois Zeringue, age 71 passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the 
East Jefferson General Hospital. 

She was a retired from the Kenner Police Department after sixteen years of 
service. She has lived in St. Rose for the past 42 years.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Curtis Zeringue. One son, Gregg 
Zeringue (Stacey). Two grandchildren; Gage and Gard Zeringue. Two brothers; 
Thomas Bourgeois (Jeanne), and Johnny Bourgeois.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Jeffery Bourgeois and Frances Savoie. 
One brother, Kim Bourgeois.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 from 9:30 am until 10:45 
am at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Mass of Christian 
Burial will be held at 11:00 am from the church with burial to follow in the St. 
Charles Mausoleum.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of H. C. Alexander Funeral Home in 
Norco
