CREEL, JULES V. "BUCK/BIG DADDY" 

Jules V. ‘Buck/Big Daddy’ Creel passed away peacefully on Oct. 15, 2011.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Marcelle Creel. He will be 
greatly missed by his children, Susan Creel Faucheux (Glenn), Wanda Creel 
Bedoya (Patricio), Steven P. Creel (Donna) and Jules A. Creel (Joy); nine 
grandchildren: Phillip, Shane (Stacey), Adam, Stefanie (Chris), Michelle, 
Alexandra, Nicholas, Jessica (Brian) and Ashleigh; and five great-
grandchildren: Cole, Connor, Faith, Wyatt and Juliette. 

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Creel, 
two sisters and four brothers.

He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of the American Legion-
Post 397 and Veterans of Foreign Wars- Post 6640. 
He retired from Shell Chemical/Norco after 28 years of service. 

A special thank you to the entire Staff of River Region Hospice and all his 
sitters. 

Services were held on Oct. 20 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in 
Destrehan followed by 
burial in the St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Diabetes Association, 
2750 Lake Villa Dr., #203, Metairie, LA 70002. 

Arrangements were by L.A. Muhleisen and Son.
