HABISREITINGER, SYLVIA G. SWITZER 

Sylvia G. Switzer Habisreitinger, 68, passed away on July 31, 2011 in 
Destrehan.

She was the beloved wife of Joseph C. Habisreitinger, daughter of the late 
Howard Mark Guidry and Alice Ballot Guidry, mother of the late Clifton Mark 
Switzer, and sister of the late Marion Hibbs and Hilton Mark Guidry.

She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Darhaf Ladies of the Farhad Grotto Shrine and a member and 
former usher at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church.

A Funeral Mass was held on Aug. 4 at Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp in Metairie with 
Fr. Bob Massett officiating. Private interment followed in Lakelawn Park 
Cemetery.
