Jeffrey Michael Hebert age 19 was killed in an automobile accident in New 
Orleans on Monday, January 31, 2011.

He is survived by his parents; Michael Hebert and Melanie Martin Hebert. Three 
sisters; Stephanie, Allison and Sarah Hebert. Maternal Grandmother, Ida Babin 
Martin.

He was preceded in death by Paternal grandparents; Lloyd S. Hebert, Sr. and 
Irene P. Hebert.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2011 from 9:15 am until 11:45 
am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Mass of Christian 
Burial will be held at 12 noon from the church with Fr. Harry Bugler officiant. 
Entombment will follow in the church mausoleum.
