LAWRENCE, JUNIOUS "POP POOCHIE" 

Junious ?Pop Poochie? Lawrence, 54, departed this earthly life on Aug. 15, 2011 
at Canon Hospital of Metairie.

He was the beloved son of Mena Lawrence of Norco and the late Louis Washington, 
loving father of Dontrell Simms, Kenyatta Simms and Cordell Simms; grandson of 
Sarah Lawrence and the late Irvin Lawrence; and nephew of Junious Lawrence, 
Joseph ?Ruth? Lawrence, Verlia ?Atliss? Brown, the late Evelyn and Felton 
Lawrence. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, a host of other relatives 
and friends.

Relatives and friend of the family, also pastors, officers and members of 
Greater Good Hope Baptist Church of Norco and all neighborning churches were 
invited to attend the funeral services on Aug. 20 at the Greater Good Hope 
Baptist Church with Pastor Tyrone Scott officiating. 
Interment was in Antioch Cemetery of Paulina. 
Bardell?s Mortuary  of Mt. Airy was in charge of arrangements.
