Barbara Ellen Davidson Nichols, of Destrehan, LA passed away on Tuesday, 
December 28, 2010 at 3:23 PM. Age 58 years, a native of Bessemer, AL and a 
resident of Destrehan, LA for the past 30 years.

Beloved wife of Steven Wayne Nichols. Loving mother of Stephanie N. Gauthreaux 
(Bryan) of Des Allemands, LA, Jennifer N. Portune (Ryan) of Destrehan, LA and 
the late Shane Nichols. Daughter of Betty Latimer Davidson of Bessemer, AL and 
the late Dean L. Davidson. Sister of Dean Davidson, Martha Johnson, and David 
Davidson, all of Alabama. Devoted Grandmother of Kyle, Bryanna, Shane' Ann, 
Kaitlyn, and Paris.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at H. 
C. Alexander Funeral Home, 821 Fourth Street, Norco, LA on Wednesday, January 5, 
2011 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Prayer services will be celebrated at 7:00 PM.

Arrangements are under the direction of H. C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco.
