Jay Michael Bertucci passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the age of 21. 

He leaves behind his daughter Carly K. Kinler-Bertucci. He is survived by his 
parents Lanai Bertucci and Misty Darr and his godparents Albert and Debbie 
Bergeron. He is also survived by his siblings Chad McPhal, Brad McPhal, 
Julianna Darr, Natale Darr and Leon Bertucci. He is also survived by his 
grandparents Ernest and Lynda Bertucci and Roy Darr and Joyce Stoker, his great 
grandmother Doris Bertucci.

Relatives and friends are ionvited to attend a graveside service at Jefferson 
Memorial Gardens, 
11316 River Road St. Rose, LA 70087, on Friday December 21, 2012 at 10:30 AM. 

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Memorial Fund in Jay M. 
Bertucci's name at any Capital One Bank.
