A native of Bay St. Louis, Ms and has lived in Norco for the past 50 years. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gordon J. Lousteau. Four sons; Kenneth N. Lovetro, Jr., William Franklin Lovetro, Lane Lewis Lousteau (Kimberly) and Dominique C. Lousteau, II (Mickele). Two sisters; Geraldine Markham (Harold) and Billie Lynn Cahill (the late Richard). Five grandchildren; Dominique "Chochy" Lousteau, III, Garrett Scott Lousteau, Michael Paul Lousteau, Lilly Grace Lousteau and Lane Lewis Lousteau, Jr. Special friends, Deanna Weber, Claire Smith, Sylvia Lambert and many others. She was preceded in death by her parents; Franklin Emile "Bill" Witter and Valmae Cecile Manieri She was well known for her talents of needlework, painting, ceramics and antiques.
