Palmisano, Sr., age 76, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at St. Charles Parish Hospital in Luling. A Maintenance Foreman for International Matex Tank Terminals for 23 years, a veteran of the United States Navy and a member of the New Sarpy Volunteer Fire Department. Joseph was the husband of the late Julie F. Palmisano, father of Vicki P. Centanni (Tony), Joseph J. Palmisano, Jr. (Mary), Kevin P. Palmisano, Gina Achord (Scott) and Tammy Westbrook (Ray). Son of the late Gertrude St. Pé and Joseph Peter Palmasano, brother of Carol Way, the late Rosemary Mancuso (the late Charles) and the late Luccio Frederick Palmisano. Grandfather of Shandra Palmisano, Noel Palmisano, Timothy Tesano, Naomi Westbrook, Kelsey Funck, Jeanne Palmisano, Antonio Palmisano, Trayton Palmisano, Ambrielle Palmisano, Apollonia Palmisano, Johnathan Palmisano, Josie Achord, Nichole Centanni and great-grandfather of Gavin Palmisano, Gabryelle Gascon, Alexis Renee Palmisano and two on the way. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from 8:30 am until 10:00 am at H. C. Alexander Funeral Home, 821 Fourth St., Norco. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Paul Ernewein. Military Honors will follow at Garden of Memories Mausoleum, 4900 Airline Highway in Metairie. Arrangements are under the direction of H. C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco. ===================
