PETTY

Lillie C. Petty, 92, passed away on Friday, Nov. 9 at 6:30 a.m. in Houma.

Beloved wife of the late Crit Petty, Jr. Mother of Charles Edwin Petty and wife 
Barbara, David Crit Petty and wife Cheryl, Mary Jean Petty Chester and husband 
Arthur L. Chester and the late Michael Harris Petty and Suzanne Petty.
Daughter of the late John Levi Cobb and Lula Mae Bearden Cobb. Sister of John 
L. Cobb and the late Eloise Cobb Todaro. Also survived by eight grandchildren, 
many great-grand-children and several great-great-grandchildren. She was 
preceded in death by two grandchildren.

A native of Caddo Parish and a resident of Des Allemands.

She was a member of The Eastern Star United Methodist Church in Luling and 
owner of Deep South Floral and Gift Shop.

Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend the funeral. 
Religious services were held Monday, Nov. 12 at noon at Falgout Funeral Home in 
Raceland.

Visitation was from 10 a.m. until funeral time Monday at the funeral home. 

Interment in Bethsaide Cemetery in Ida on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers donations to Luling United Methodist Church of Ida United 
Methodist Church.

Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
