She was a Sales Clerk with the Dollar General Store in LaPlace for 8 years. Wife of the late Clarence "String Bean" Thibodeaux, mother of Terri I. Shepard (Joel), John L. Thibodeaux, Sr. (Sharon), Kelly Jadick (Ronnie) and Tina LaBranche (David), sister of Douglas Baker, Joy Barbee, half-sister Linda Gant, half-sister Joyce Ann Cooper, the late Loyd Baker and half-sister Kathy Tedder. Grandmother of Brandon (Elizabeth) and Brent Shepard (Pamela), Ashley Russell (John), John L. Thibodeaux, Jr. (Rachel), Krystal Thames (Bo), Zaine M. Thibodeaux, Ashley Taylor, Kimberly Taylor, Anthony J. Jacob (Jamie Eckerle), Kyle M. Jacob (Megan Williams), Amber L. LaBranche, Justin L. LaBranche, and Brook E. LaBranche. Great-grandmother of Elijah, Emma, Brodie, Lauren, Sydney, Angel, Tiffany and Brianna. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2012 from 8:30 am until 10:00 am at H. C. Alexander Funeral Home, 821 Fourth St., Norco, LA. Celebration of Life Services will be held at 10:00 am at the funeral home with Fr. Terry Becnel officiant. Burial will follow at St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum in Destrehan. She was especially devoted to her family and friends and one who loved to cook and enjoyed the garden, took care of everyone she met. Arrangements are under the direction of H. C. Alexander Funeral Home in Norco. ===================
