Gus departed this life on Friday, November 29, 2013 at age 77. 

Devoted husband of Theresa Flores Bourgeois of Norco, LA. Cherished father of: 
Debbie Bourgeois Alexander (Howard) of Norco, LA, Danny J. Bourgeois of Norco, 
LA. Richard J. Bourgeois of Hammond, LA, Gina P. McLeod (Jim) of Springfield, 
LA, Michelle P. Mulder of Biloxi, MS and Valerie P. Lynch (Marc) of Jarvisburg, 
NC. Survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren and many relatives 
and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents Gaston C. Bourgeois, Sr. and Corrine Guidry 
Bourgeois and his sister Doris B. Moranto.

Lifelong resident of Norco, LA. Retired from Shell Chemical after 37 years of 
service. 
Mr. Gus also loved working with his extended "family" of Cajun Pride Swamp 
Tours of LaPlace, LA. A proud U.S. Marine Corp. veteran of the Korean War era. 
Avid fisherman and loved spending time at his camp in Grand Isle, LA.

Visitation will be Tuesday December 3, 2013 at Sacred Heart Church of Jesus, 
401 Spruce Street, Norco, LA. 6pm to 9pm. On Wednesday December 4, 2013 at 
Sacred Heart Church of Jesus final visitation from 9:30am to 11:30am. Funeral 
services at noon 
followed by private burial with immediate family.
