A native of and lifelong resident of Destrehan and retiree of IMTT. Beloved wife of the late Westley Joseph St. Pierre. Mother of James G. ‘Jimmy’ St. Pierre, Yvonne S. Pollet, Margaret S. Weber and Elise S. Chauvin. Mother- in-law of Brenda Guitreau St. Pierre, Randy Pollet and Jim Weber. Daughter of the late Imelda Ory Schexnaydre and Joseph Emilien Schexnaydre. Sister of Emile Schexnaydre and the late Ruth Maurin, Shirley St. Pierre and five infant brothers and sisters. Grandmother of Brittney Vance, Westley St. Pierre, Jennifer and Brandon Pollet, Danielle Faherty, Tom Weber, Sarah Rodrigue, Kristy Doucet, Leslie Mabry, Matthew Chauvin and the late Barry Weber. Also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff of Ormond Nursing and Care Center and St. Catherine Hospice for their loving care. Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend the funeral Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan on Tuesday, Dec. 3. Interment is in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery. L.
