He was the loving husband of Kathryn D. Boucvalt, together they had three children; Lawrence "Trey" Boucvalt III (Brandi), Jason M. Boucvalt and Allison B. Froeba(Brian). He was the caring grandfather of Lex, Ori and Adrianna Boucvalt. Larry is the son of Eltheridge Boucvalt and the late Lawrence X. Boucvalt Sr. Larry had four brothers; Wayne Boucvalt (Marcia), Jobe Boucvalt(Anne), James Boucvalt(Cathy) and the late John Boucvalt as well as having many sisters and brothers-in-law; Dottie Catoire (late Billy), Susan Messer (Michael), Don Denoux (Joanie), and Michael Denoux (Olivia). He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and numerous family members. He was an avid LSU fan and bled purple and gold. He had a love for fishing, old cars, especially Camaros and Corvettes. Larry's nickname was "Coach". He coached at the Norco Rec Center for over 20 years and coaching was his passion. He was tough but fair and wanted the best for all his players. He loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Norco, Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 9:30 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 11 AM. Interment will take place immediately after Mass at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Metairie ===================
