There she is reunited with her loving soul mate Samuel B. Carruth. Frances was born, raised and married in Arkansas before residing in Norco, Louisiana with her husband and children in 1966. It is there she took comfort in the community and developed long term friendships at the First Baptist Church of Norco. Most commonly known as Frances she was also wife, Mom and Granny. Her love for Christ, children and family will forever carry on in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. There to greet Frances in heaven are her husband Samuel, her mother and father Effie and Garvin Reed, her Brother William Reed and Sisters Katie Diffie and Catherine Galloway. Frances is survived by her brother Bobby Reed of Arkansas, her children Sammy Carruth (Norma) of Norco, Linda Moak (Larry) of Hammond, and Tina Hymel (Curt) of Independence; Grandchildren Michelle Moak Novak, Joelle Carruth Perret (Matt), Kevin Carruth (Monica), Kristen Moak, Mandy Hymel, Katie Hymel Parido (Rob), Lauren Carruth Rayburn (Ryan) and Curtis Hymel. As well as her joyful great grandchildren Hayley and Ethan Novak, Scott and Hunter Perret, Lennon and Harrison Lomonaco, Quinton Hymel , Kellan and Scarlet Carruth, Mason Rayburn, and Marshall Parido. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at the First Baptist Church of Norco, Wednesday September 24, 2014 from 9am – 11am with a funeral service at 11am. Graveside Services will be in Arkansas at Rowell Cemetery.
