Aurelia Thibodeaux Colon, 103 years old of Hammond, Louisiana passed away on 
Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Landmark Nursing Home in Hammond. 

She was born on May 1, 1911 in LaPlace, Louisiana and resided in Norco, 
Louisiana. 

Devoted wife of late Percy J. Colon, Sr. and loving mother of Percy J. Colon, 
Jr. (Carol), Harriet C. Clark (Ronnie), and Pamela C. King (Terry). 

Preceded in death by her daughter Marilyn C. Trepagnier (Mitchel). 

A proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. 
She is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and 
friends.

Aurelia enjoyed gardening, playing bingo, church, crocheting and enjoyed 
spending time with her family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church, 401 Spruce St., Norco, LA on Monday, July 28, 2014 at 11:00 
AM. Visitation from 9:30 AM until Mass time. 

Interment will be in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery, Destrehan, LA. Following 
the service. 

H. C. Alexander Funeral Home, 821 Fourth St., Norco, LA in charge of 
arrangements. 

In lieu of flowers, Mass are preferred at your church of choice.
