Stacey Eve Schaubhut Dantin, 50 a native of Raceland and a resident of Des 
Allemands, passed away Sunday Feb. 9, 2014 at 7:33 a.m.

Services were Sunday Feb. 16, 2014 at Life Fellowship Church in Bayou Gauche.

She is survived by husband, Alvin ÒAlÓ P. Dantin III;  parents, Steve D. 
Schaubhut and Beverly Foret Schaubhut; daughters, Jamie Lynn (BernardÓ DaveÓ) 
Mayeux III, Jerri Lynn (Alben ÓPeadieÓ Cooper III and Jodie Dantin; brother, 
Keith D. (Shanna) Schaubhut; sisters, Dawn S. (Roddy) Theriot, Denise 
Schaubhut, Trisha Schaubhut and Becky S. (Jeff) Parks; five grandchildren, 
Alben (PJ), Sebastian and Abram Cooper, Bernard (Ben) IV and Cason Mayeux and 
many nieces, nephews, friends and family.

She is preceded in death by  grandparents, Mikey and Mabel C. Schaubhut and 
nephew, Philip Theriot.

She enjoyed supporting her girls playing softball and going to tournaments with 
them, taking vacation trips with family, friends and her grandsons.

She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
