Patricia K. ÒPattyÓ Picard, 67, a native of New York City and a resident of 
Luling, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at her residence.

Visitation was Monday, March 17 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Luling. A 
Mass of Christian Burial was  celebrated Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church 

with burial to follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.

She is survived by her husband, William ÒBillyÓ Picard II; daughters, Sherry 
Crosby, Trina Germany, Jennifer Matthews; grandchildren, Sherelle and Chloe 
Crosby, Rhian and Everett Germany, Jordan, Cameron, Preston and Austin 
Matthews; mother, Etta Lirette Lochbaum and sister, Sandra Weigel.

She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Kocotis and step father, Joseph 
Lochbaum.

She was a member of St. Charles WomenÕs Club.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association or Masses 
preferred.

Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
