Katherine ÒKathyÓ Thompson, 50, a native of Bayou Gauche, and resident of 
Franklinton, passed away on Friday, March 28.

Visitation was held at Life Fellowship Community Church in Bayou Gauche on 
Tuesday, April 1. 
Funeral Services were also held on that date 

with burial following in Sunset Cemetery.

She is survived by her fiancŽ Joseph P. Taylor; mother, Claribell Matherne 
Thompson; daughter, Dawn Thompson; brothers, Benny R. Thompson Jr. and Jerry 
Lloyd Thompson; sisters, Roxanne Thompson, Kellie Thompson and four 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Benny Raye Thompson Sr.
