Ivan George Millet, a native of Norco, La and a resident of Metairie, La, 
passed away on April 28, 2016 at the age of 61. 

He was born in New Orleans, La on May 9, 1954. At the time of his death, Ivan 
was a retired electrical engineer having received his degree from Louisiana 
Tech University. 

He enjoyed the Saints, LSU, and Tulane football games and Mardi Gras.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Walter Edgar Millet, Jr. and Hazel 
Caillet Millet, his youngest sister, Martha M. St. Pierre, and his brother-in-
law, Bryan J. Beauchamp. 

He is survived by three brothers, two sisters and their spouses- Walter E. 
Millet, III and Susan D. Millet of Bogalusa, LA, Emily M. Beauchamp of LaPlace, 
LA, Philip A. Millet and Carla L. Millet of Magnolia, MS, Teresa M. Meyer and 
Vernon Paul Meyer of Baton Rouge, LA, Lester J. Millet and Patricia "Patsy" L. 
Millet of Lilburn, GA, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great 
nephews.

A memorial visitation will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in 
LaPlace, LA on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 9 AM, followed by a memorial Mass at 
11 AM. 

Entombment to follow at St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum in Destrehan, LA. 

Arrangements under the direction of H.C. Alexander Funeral Home, Norco, LA.
