Son of John and Darnel Delahaye Barbay. Paternal grandson of Norma 
Ann Achee and the late Kenneth Barbay. Maternal grandson of Marvel 
Delahaye and the late Elvin Delahaye. A native of Mathews, LA and a 
resident of Luling, St. Charles Parish, LA. Age 21.
