Elmo "Pete" J. Candies on Thursday, 11 Jun 1998. A native and resident 
of Des Allemands, St. Charles Parish, LA. Age 72. Husband of the late 
Emma Candies. Father of Wade Candies, Deborah Perkins, Ramona Donnaud 
and the late Rickey Candies. Brother of Alma Loupe and Beatrice Wright, 
the late Lawrence, Benjamin, James and Prudent Candies, Jr., Pearl Matherne, 
Vivian Plaisance and Dolores Harrison. Son of the late Prudent Candies, Sr. 
and Berthile Gonzales Candies.
