Daughter of the late Lina Rodrigue Roussel and Benjamin A. Roussel. 
Sister of the late Benjamin A. Roussel. Wife of the late Icar Benoit 
Webre. Mother of Rosadel, Mary Majell and Alfred Webre. A native of 
Edgard, LA and a resident of Luling, LA for the past 27 years.
