Willis Henry Strickland June 19, 1858 Nov 26, 1925 (Mason) Henry Kinchen Strickland Jan 10, 1827 Died Sept 3, 1885 Elizabeth Jane Smith Strickland July 22, 1831 Aug 20, 1918 Velma and I visited the grounds of the house, barn and other buildings that made up the beautiful and spacious home of our great grandparents (maternal), Henry Kinchen and Elizabeth Smith Strickland. J.D. Redmond was our guide, and he grew up on this place. Lanell C. Heap, October, 1969 Bible record of Henry Kinchen Strickland and Elizabeth Jane Smith shows births of the following children: The Baby (nameless) was born Aug. 15, 1854, and Margaret A. Strickland was born Apr. 15, 1854. Thomas K. Strickland was born Feb. 27, 1962. No further record indicates he probably died in infancy. Depressions indicating graves are in this cemetery.
