B.L. LEA
1872 - 1876

B.L. Lea pastored from 1872 to 1876.  During his ministry, the first
protracted meeting was held September 17, 1872, and closed on Wed-
nesday, September 21, 1872.  Rev. Isaiah Almond and Rev. Felder
Crawford assisted the pastor with the preaching.  Rev. Lea served
as pastor of Mt. Nebo in 1861 and assisted with the ordination of
Samuel A. Hayden at Mt. Nebo on August 5, 1866.  (House Upon a Rock
