     O.C. Pontall, Secretary for the Natalbany Lumber Co., 

representing the company, sold to J.L. Thompson for $50.00, a 

lot or parcel of land situated in the Town of Montpelier, St.

Helena Parish, the purchaser herein agrees for himself . . . to

erect a suitable building for legitimate business purposes within

one year . . . said building to cost not less than $300.00  The

Building Conditions in this title refer only to the lots fronting

on Bookter Ave. as per recorded plat.

     One lot 50 x 150 ft. being 50 feet on Second Street and 150

feet on St. Helena Ave.
