Brown as Principal, and M.R. Brown as security, are held and firmly bound unto the Clerk of said Court, and his assigns, in the sum of five hundred dollars, to which payment well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, etc. WHEREAS, the above bound J.L. Brown has applied to said Clerk for a License to enter into the Bonds of Matrimony, with Miss Lou J. Nesom which I will issue on the signing of this bond. Now, the Conditions hereof are such, that if there is no legal imped- iment to the celebration of said marriage and the same shall be solemn- ized according to law, then the obligation to be void, else to remain in full force.
