     Jacob Smith Estate. Sept. 29, 1836: "Property consists of

Lot 12 in Montpelier on which there is a large two story house

occupied by Robert Duncan; Lot 13, . . . a comfortable dwelling

house occupied by Dr. Kelly . . . 6 acres of land which includes

a dwelling house situated on the Avenue leading from the Town of

Montpelier to the River Tickfaw."
