She was the wife of the late Eddie E. Duhe Sr. and mother of Margaret D. Laurent, Kay D. Heurtin, Carol D. Dufresne, Eddie E. Duhe Jr., Jennie Duhe, James Duhe, Thomas Duhe, Richard Duhe and Linda D. Duhe. She was the daughter of the late Ursin and Jeanne W. Faucheux and sister of the late Maitland Faucheux, John Faucheux, Raoul Faucheux, Henry Faucheux, Roland Faucheux, Maurice Faucheux, Suzanne Elfer, Sylvia Troxler and Irene Terry. She was the grandmother of 21 grandchildren and the great-grandmother of 24 great-grandchildren. She was a member of Sacred Heart Ladies Altar Society and American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 195. Services were Aug. 2 at 2:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church and interment was in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Mausoleum under the direction of H.C. Alexander Funeral Home. LEE GARYVILLE - Cornelius Don Lee, 28, died July 29 in Houston, Texas. He was the father of Tyrone Starbert and Angel Starbert and the stepfather of Aaron Johnson. He was the son of Juanita Lee and Joe Camel Jr. and the brother of Darnell Lee and Dedric Camel. He was the grandson of the late Aldonia Lee. Services will be today at noon at St. Mark Baptist Church and interment will be in Marathon Cemetery in Garyville under the direction of Hobson Brown Funeral Home. NASSAR CONVENT - Naheem George Nassar Sr., 78, a native of Lutcher and a resident of Convent, died Aug. 1. He was the husband of the late Marjorie M. Nassar and the father of Georgette Matassa, Patricia Melancon, Bonita Lousteau, N. George Nassar Jr., Vernon Nassar and the late Namatala Nassar. He was the son of the late Namatala and Rosalie Nassar and the brother of Michael R. Nassar Sr., Joseph S. Nassar Sr., Freida Broussard, Antoinette Nassar and the late Marie Grace and Nassar Nassar. He was the grandfather of 18 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 171. Services will be today at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Church in Convent. ROBERTSON RESERVE - Sandra Louque Robertson, 43, a native of Lutcher and a resident of Reserve, died July 31. She was the wife of Kearney Robertson and the mother of Damian Robertson. She was the daughter of Virgie M.L. Villar and the late Herman P. Louque and the stepdaughter of A.J. "Ben" Villar. She was the sister of Darrell Louque, Shirlyn Summers, Dale Louque, Ellen Mancuso, Raymond Louque, Lane Louque, Davin Louque, Kirt Robertson, Kevin Robertson and Kenny Robertson. SMITH NEW SARPY - Frank Anthony "Smitty" Smith Sr., 56, a native and resident of New Sarpy, died July 28. He was the husband of Sheila P. Smith and the father of Tonette Chapman, Luciana Smith, Keion Smith and Frank A. Smith Jr. He was the son of the late Wilhemina Singleton and Calvin Smith and the brother of Calvin Smith III and the late Rudolph Smith and Lionel Smith. He was the husband of Rose Webre Bourgeois. LONDON RIVER RIDGE - Clarence "Buggalee" London III, 51, a native of New Orleans and resident of Luling for the past 19 years, died July 28. He was the father of Michelle Strong, Antonio Walter and Darnel and Dennell London. PRESTON RESERVE - Agnes Carter Preston, 85, a resident of Reserve, died July 30. Kelly and sister of Clarence Carter. She is survived by 19 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. RICHARDSON METAIRIE - Thurston Raymond Richardson, 73, a native of New Orleans and resident of LaPlace for nine years, died Aug. 3. He was the husband of Mary Guillory Richardson and father of Linda Lee, Judy May, Janis Cullen and Patrick and Stephen Richardson. He was the brother of Marylyn Walker and Norman Richardson. He is survived by 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was a U.S. Navy seaman second class during World War II, a former owner of Richardson Auto Sales and employee of Gerrard Chevrolet. Services were Aug. 6 in the chapel of Lake Lawn Funeral Home, Metairie, with interment at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. ROBINS RIVER RIDGE - Edward Harrison Robins, 76, a native of St. Rose and resident of New Orleans, died July 31. He was the husband of the late Hazel Robins and father of Lillian Owens, Demetri Carter and Donald, Kirk, Ronald, Michael, Tommie and Kenton Robins. He is survived by six brothers, five sisters, 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. "Peanut" Cunningham Jr., 68, a native and resident of Lutcher, died Aug. 7. He was the husband of 45 years of Yvonne Ordoyne Cunningham. He was the son of the late Irvin "Frog" Sr. and Sadie Cunningham, and brother of Mary Vicknair, Farell and Eugene Cunningham and the late June Cotton, Joyce Mayeaux and Carolyn Accardo. He was a retired captain with the St. James Parish Sheriff's Office, a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict and member of the Knights of Columbus, Veterans of Foreign Wars, St. James Boat Club, Louisiana Sheriffs Association, Houma Indian Tribe, American Legion and Lions Club. FALGOUT NORCO - Elaine Mary Donaldson Falgout, 72, a native of New Orleans, former resident of Good Hope and resident of Norco for 50 years, died Aug. 7. She was the wife of Coral Falgout Sr. and mother of Marion Anderson, Mona Brady, Donna Bailey, Coral Jr. and Randy Falgout. She was the daughter of the late Felix and Milda Hernandez Donaldson, and sister of Warren and Harold Donaldson, and the late Gladys Schexnayder, Roy Jr. and Gerald Donaldson Sr. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. KELLER PAULINA - Victor Keller, 62, a native of New Orleans and resident of Paulina for 28 years, died Aug. 6. MELANCON PAULINA - Christie Marie Melancon, 20, a native and resident of Paulina, died Aug. 6. She was the daughter of Don and Irene Boudreaux Melancon and sister of Michelle Lambert. She was the grandchild of Riley and Emily Boudreaux and Edith Hymel Melancon, and the late Walter "Buck" Melancon and Marietta Dicharry Boudreaux. She was a 1999 honor graduate of Lutcher High School and attended Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge. She was also a student worker at the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. He was the son of the late William P. and Haydee Poche Cagnolatti and brother of Wilba Bourgeois, Phyllis Andry, Mae Fenger and the late Bruce Cagnolatti. He is survived by 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was a graduate of St. James High School and Louisiana State University. DUPLESSIS PAULINA - Eldred J. "Dupe" Duplessis, 73, a native of Gonzales and resident of Paulina, died Aug. 11. He was the husband of Enola Martin Duplessis and father of Patricia Vicknair, Elaine Landry and Brenda Louque. He was the son of the late Sedorise and Martine Braud Duplessis and brother of Doris Braud, Holden "Pip" and Harvey Duplessis and the late Selma Bercegeay and Elgin and Velma Duplessis. He is survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. She is survived by two sisters, five brothers, 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She and her husband operated The Goody Booth for many years on River Road and she is retired from the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office, where she was a receptionist for 12 years.
