GRAMERCY - Alvin Joseph Berthelot, 77, a native of Paulina and
resident of Gramercy, died Jan. 31. He was the husband of
Geraldine Bordelon Berthelot and father of Diana Rome, Anette
Simon and Andrew and Alvin Berthelot Jr.
He was also the son of Fortune and Blanche Roussel Berthelot and
brother of the late Mildred Louque, Marjorie Ory, Blanche Baham
and Felice, Anicet, Dalton and Roger Berthelot.
He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Services were Feb. 2 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gramercy.

BOLDEN
DES ALLEMANDS - Elizabeth Bolden, 84, a resident of Des Allemands,
died Jan. 27. She was the mother of Bertha Hill.
She was also the daughter of the late John and Louvenia Bolden and
sister of the late Mary Williams, Leatha Jones, Anna Billups,
Bessie Lewis, Hathie Canty, Julia Green and Albertha, Robert,
Mitchell Sr. and John Bolden Jr.
She is also survived by six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren
and six great-great-grandchildren.
Services are today at 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, Des
Allemands, with interment at Shell Mound Cemetery, Des Allemands.
Visitation starts at 10 a.m.

CAMBRE
LAPLACE - Shirley L. Cambre, 72, a native of St. James Parish and
resident of Garyville, died Jan. 30. She was the wife of the late
Edward "Poney" Cambre and mother of Steven "Poney" Sr.
She was also the sister of Dorothy Trosclair, Elise Melancon,
Beverly Tassin, Linda Ordoyne and Ray, Betty and Vera LaBauve.
She is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.
Services were Feb. 2 in the chapel of Millet-Guidry Funeral Home,
LaPlace, with interment at St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.

DAVIS
KILLONA - Arthur Davis Jr., 44, a native and resident of Killona,
died Jan. 27. He was the father of Nataria Joseph, Jermika Glenn
and Barniesha Glenn.
He was also the son of Celestine Dent Bartley and the late Arthur
Davis Sr., stepson of Ernest Bartley Jr. and brother of Sheila
Toney, Rhonda Mitt, Patricia LeBlanc, Betty Dent, Leroy Toney,
Byron, Kenneth and Anthony Davis and Nathaniel, Darryl and Kevin
Bartley.
He was also the fianc‚ of Felita Smith.
Services were Feb. 1 at Canaan Baptist Church, Killona, with
interment at Greenhill Cemetery, Taft.

GRAVOIS
VACHERIE - Jean Paul Gravois, 84, a native and resident of
Vacherie, died Jan. 29. He was the husband of Helen Reulet Gravois
and father of Lael Zeringue, Mary Bode, Margaret Perret and Colin,
Jude and the late Judith and Jean Paul Gravois Jr.
He was also the son of the late Ernest and Berthe Rodrigue Gravois
and brother of Therese Oubre, Antoine and Leonard Gravois and the
late Aline Rodrigue, Elizabeth Becnel, Marie Falgoust, Angele
Steib, Claire Hirsch and Henrietta, Louis, Joseph and Augustin
Gravois.
He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and nine great-
grandchildren.
He was a founding member of Vacherie Volunteer Fire Department,
former member of the St. James Parish School Board for 18 years
and member of Knights of Columbus Council 1514.
Services were Jan. 31 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, South
Vacherie, with interment at the church mausoleum.

PLAISANCE
ST. JAMES - Ralph Joseph Plaisance, 71, a native of New Orleans
and resident of Vacherie for 35 years, died Jan. 25. He was the
father of Karen Freeman-Day, Sandra Campbell and Michael and Dale
Plaisance.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, retired principal of Sixth Ward
Elementary School in Vacherie and member of the Martin Luther King
Scholarship Organization and Louisiana Association of School
Executives.
Services are today at 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, St.
James, with interment at the church cemetery. Visitation starts at
9 a.m.

REEVES
WASKOM, Texas - Edward H. Reeves, 66, a native of Oliney, Texas,
longtime resident of St. John Parish and resident of Waskim, died
Jan. 19. He was the father of Michael and Gary Reeves.
He was also the brother of Myrna Lunning and Ernest "Sonny"
Reeves.
He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Private services were Jan. 21 in Waskom, Texas.

RICHARDSON
NEW ORLEANS - Jacqueline "Suzanne" Richardson, 53, a native of St.
James and resident of New Orleans for 36 years, died Jan. 28. She
was the wife of Rudolph Richardson and mother of Serena, Rudolph
and Edwin Richardson.
She was also the daughter of Edna Mae Smith and the late Isidore
Jackson and sister of Jessiner Smith, Gail, Patricia and Ronald
Jackson and the late Jimmie Charles.
She is survived by one grandchild.
Services are today at 9:30 a.m. at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, New
Orleans, with interment at St. Luke Baptist Cemetery, St. James.
Visitation starts at 9 a.m.

SOLOMON
VACHERIE - Josepha Gross Solomon, 78, a native and resident of
Vacherie, died Jan. 27. She was the wife of Louis Solomon and
mother of Rosalind Baldauf and Jacqueline McAllister.
She was also the daughter of the late Aurelien and Matilda Gross
and sister of the late Isabella Batiste, Josephine Stieb and
Oscar, Percy, Mitchell, Emile and Edward "Snow" Gross.
She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-
grandchildren.
Services were Feb. 2 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, South
Vacherie, with interment at the church cemetery.

VICTOR
RESERVE - Paul Victor Sr., 71, a native of Montz and resident of
Reserve, died Jan. 28. He was the husband of Stella Mae Smith
Victor and father of Joyce Singleton and Terry and the late Paul
Victor Jr.
He was also the son of the late Paul and Cecilia London Victor and
brother of Cora Lee Smith, Gladys Warren, Helen Etienne, Evelina
Diggs, Chester Sr. and Firmin Victor Sr. and the late Dorothy Mae
Jones.
He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services are today at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic
Church, Reserve, with interment at St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.

LAPLACE - Eleanor Cambre Walsh, 92, a native of Reserve and
resident of LaPlace for 50 years, died Jan. 31. She was the wife
of the late Wright J. Walsh.
She was also the daughter of the late Ozemie and Blanche Lions
Cambre and sister of Leah Guidry, Pauline Landry, Edna Dufrene and
Eddie and Max Cambre.
Services are today at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Millet-Guidry

ST. JAMES - Ruth Clavey Cantrelle, 85, a native and resident of
St. James, died Feb. 2. She was the wife of the late Dave
Cantrelle.
She was also the daughter of the late Wallace and Lelia Monconduit
Calvey and sister of Leona LeBoeuf, Onita Brossett, Leila Dinvaut
and Irma and the late Matthew Calvey.
Services are today at 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, St.
James, with interment at the church cemetery. Visitation starts at

EDWARDS
NORCO - George B. "Slick" Edwards Sr., 76, a native of Mississippi
and resident of Batchelor, died Feb. 3. He was the husband of 56
years of Nellie Prisock Edwards and father of Brenda Galliano of
Montz, Sheila Edwards of Metairie and the late George Edwards Jr.
He was also the son of the late Almo and Birdie Estelle Edwards
and brother of Almo Edwards Jr. and the late Janelle Warren and
Carlton Edwards.
He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.

33 years of service, and an avid fisherman.

NEW ORLEANS - Denise Granier Hotard, 90, a native of Vacherie and
resident of Metairie, died Feb. 3. She was the wife of the late
Carmelo Amore by first marriage, the late Wallace Hotard by second
marriage and mother of Marie Halk, Joseph Amore, Betty Blanchard,
Susan Boudoin, Cherokee and Vincent Hotard and the late Anna
Lumbas, Victorin Hotard and Paul Amore.
She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren
and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by
three grandchildren.
Services were Feb. 6 in the chapel of Lamana-Panno-Fallo Funeral
Home, New Orleans, with interment at St. Louis No. 3 Cemetery, New
Orleans.

MAUDUIT
KENNER - Rene‚ Mauduit, 17, a native and resident of Norco, died
Feb. 2. She was the daughter of Dale and Janice Weber Mauduit and
sister of Aimee Buteaux and Doug Mauduit.
She was also the granddaughter of Rita Weber, Lydia Mauduit and
the late Augistin "Git" Weber and Louis Mauduit.
She was a senior at Destrehan High School.
Services were Feb. 6 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic
Church, Kenner, with interment at St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum,
Destrehan.

MILLER
HARVEY - Lelia "Lil" Duhe Miller, 72, a native of Hahnville and
resident of Marrero, died Feb. 4. She was the mother of Raynelle
Hoots and Al Miller.
She was also the daughter of the late Clarence Duhe and Cecile
Dufresne Landry and sister of Helen Parks and Manuel and Whitney
Duhe.
She is also survived by two grandchildren.
Services are today at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic
Church, Harvey, with interment at Our Lady of Prompt Succor
Cemetery, Westwego. Visitation starts at 7:30 a.m.

MONTET
LULING - Sidney J. Montet Sr., 95, a resident of Boutte, died Feb.
2. He was the husband of the late Floride Montet and father of
Betty Albert, Lois Smith and Wilton, Carl and the late Sidney
Montet Jr.
He was also the son of the late Clerville and Odillia Pennison
Montet and brother of the late Thomas and Luke Montet.
He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren
and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was a retired barber.
Services were Feb. 5 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Luling, with
interment at St. Charles Cemetery, Luling.

SMITH
NORCO - George B. Smith Sr., 95, a native of Memphis, Tenn.,
former resident of Abita Springs and resident of Norco, died Feb.
3. He was the husband of the late Marie Haydel Smith and father of
Maridel Scallan, Judy Miller, Aline Favor and George Smith Jr.
He was also the son of the late Ruby Robinson and Henry Smith Sr.
and brother of the late Marie Wallace, Aline McGann and Regina,
Otis and Henry Smith Jr.
He is also survived by 32 grandchildren, 75 great-grandchildren
and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by
three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were Feb. 6 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church,
Norco, with interment at St. Charles Borromeo Mausoleum,
Destrehan.

VALENTINE
EDGARD - Alzeria Valentine Jr., 66, a native of Edgard and
resident of New Orleans, died Feb. 3. He was the husband of
Cenovia Johnson Valentine and father of Sandra James, Carla
Cyprien and Ricky and Glenn Valentine.
He was also the son of the late Alzeria and Albertha Valentine and
brother of Shirley Coleman, Dorothy Milton and Juanita, Shelton,
Jacob, George and the late Augurfur Valentine.
He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

LAPLACE - Frank Carl Alexander, 50, a native of Hammond and
resident of LaPlace, died Feb. 4. He was the husband of Jo Ann
Morris Alexander and stepfather of Averill Smith and Ashanti
Carter.
He was also the son of Willie and May Alexander and brother of
Patricia, Charles Ray, Robert, Larry and the late Glenn Alexander.
He is also survived by one grandchild.
He was an insurance agent for State Farm.
Services were Feb. 7 at New Union Christian Fellowship, LaPlace,
and at First Church of God in Christ, Hammond, with interment at
Holly Garden Cemetery, Hammond.

BECNEL
VACHERIE - Virgie M. Becnel, 63, a native of Thibodaux and
resident of Vacherie, died Feb. 6. She was the wife of the late
Steven J. Becnel and mother of Veronica Folse and Matthew and the
late Cornelia Becnel.
She was also the daughter of the late Joseph and Odessa Trosclair
Morvant and sister of Rita Stein and Murphy and Earl Morvant.
She is also survived by four grandchildren.
Services were Feb. 8 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, South
Vacherie, with interment at the church cemetery.

BOURGEOIS
PAULINA - Russell Joseph Bourgeois Sr., a resident of Paulina,
died Feb. 8. He was the husband of Mary Michel Bourgeois and
father of Todd, Troy and Russell Bourgeois Jr.
He was also the son of the late Alvin Bourgeois and Evelyn
Andermann and brother of Alvin "Jay" and the late Wayne Bourgeois.
He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

HAHNVILLE - Anthony "Chuck" Byrd, 62, a native of Hahnville and
resident of Destrehan, died Feb. 4. He was the father of Kenneth
Marshall, Bridget Miller, Sonya Miller, Carol Mallory and Juan,
Aaron and Chad Byrd.
He was also the son of the late Theresa Martin and Joseph Byrd and
brother of Catherine White, Emelda Smith, Heidi Menedez, Mary
Clark, Gladys Crachian and Sybil Davis, Ida, Freddie and Andrew
Martin.
He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
He was also the companion of Dianne Powell.

RESERVE - Carolee "Teta" Fremin Triche, 65, a native of Garyville
and resident of Reserve for 46 years, died Feb. 6. She was the
wife of Lawrence P. Triche and mother of Lawrence A., Adrian,
Calvin, Lisa and the late Jackie Triche.
She was also the daughter of the late Adam and Annie Duhon Fremin
and sister of Ronald Fremin.
She is also survived by five grandchildren.

EDGARD - Riley Matthew Barre, 47, a native and resident of Edgard,
died Feb. 8. He was the son of Ella Mae Barre and the late Roy
Barre and brother of Jacqueline Lumar and Carlene, Elphelia and

LAPLACE - Louis J. Bossier Jr., 52, a native of LaPlace and
resident of Kenner for two years, died Feb. 4. He was the husband
of Debbra Van Nocker Bossier, father of Sarenna and Kevin Bossier
and stepfather of Tonia Marzilli and Melanie Wuorio.
He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Graveside services were Feb. 12 at St. John Memorial Gardens,
LaPlace.

BOUDREAUX
LAPLACE - Rebecca Clause "Becky" Boudreaux, 59, a native of
Klotzville and resident of LaPlace for 35 years, died Feb. 10. She
was the wife of Lawrence "Larry" Boudreaux and mother of Renee,
Angelle and Scott Boudreaux.
She was also the daughter of the late Claude and Rita Young Clause
and sister of Claudia Aucoin and Beverly Blanchard.
She is also survived by two grandchildren.
Services were Feb. 13 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, LaPlace,
with interment at St. John Memorial Gardens, LaPlace.

BRUMAN
LAPLACE - Nellie Mae Mancuso Bruman, 75, a native of New Orleans
and resident of LaPlace for nine years, died Feb. 8. She was the
sister of Alice Natal.
She was also the aunt of Natalie Tatje, Melanie Lewis and Carolyn
and Gordon Natal Jr.
She was a retired executive secretary with the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers.
Services were Feb. 10 in the chapel of Millet-Guidry Funeral Home,
LaPlace, with interment at Lakelawn Park Cemetery, New Orleans.

COCHRAN
NEW ORLEANS - Henry Cochran Jr., 94, a native of Liberty, Miss.,
and resident of New Sarpy for 40 years, died Feb. 7. He was the
brother of Carolyn McCray.
He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and
great-great-grandchildren.
Services were Feb. 13 in the chapel of Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp
Funeral Home, New Orleans, with interment at Providence Memorial
Park Cemetery.

EDGARD - Calvin Grows Sr., 85, a native and resident of Edgard,
died Feb. 7. He was the husband of the late Luelia Woodfork Grows,
father of Yvonne Keyes and Jessica and Calvin Grows Jr. and
foster-father of Keith Douglas, Josephine Lucas and Mercedes and
Clarence Hunter.
He was also the son of the late Louis and Susie Grows and brother
of Barbara Eugene, Amelia Sims and Nathaniel and the late Louis
Jr., Joseph and Peter Grows.
He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren
and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by one
grandchild.

VACHERIE - Grace C. Oubre, 69, a native of Lucy and resident of
Vacherie, died Feb. 8. She was the wife of Ursin Oubre Sr. and
mother of Donna Barber and Elizabeth, Jeanene, Ursin Jr. and
Rodney Oubre.
She was also the daughter of the late John and Zelma Cannon and
sister of Lorraine Lorio and Loresta, Theresa, Oscar, Theodore and
the late John Jr. and Virdel Cannon.
She is also survived by one grandchild.

LAPLACE - Marilyn G. Snyder, 34, a native of New Orleans and
resident of St. John the Baptist Parish, died Feb. 11. She was the
wife of Michael Snyder and mother of Dustin Snyder.
She was also the daughter of Carrol Tregre and sister of Carolyn
McArthur and Monique Garcia.
Services were Feb. 13 in the chapel of Millet-Guidry Funeral Home,
LaPlace, with interment at Lakelawn Mausoleum.

VICKNAIR
LAPLACE - Pearl Scioneaux Vicknair, 75, a native of Reserve and
resident of LaPlace for 20 years, died Feb. 9. She was the wife of
Deacon Percy J. Vicknair and mother of Barbara Woodroof and Linda
Vicknair.
She was also the daughter of the late Joseph Horace "Lynn" and
Clementine Stein Scioneaux and sister of Mildred Melancon, Joan
Brady, and the late Horace, John and Michael Scioneaux.
She is also survived by five grandchildren.

LaPlace, with interment at St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.

Brent and Bryan Smith and the late Kenneth Elder and stepfather of
Kimberly Smith, Roderick Bourgeois and Roger Scott.
He was also the son of Orelia Johnson Elder and the late Sam Elder
Sr. and brother of Lille Bolding and Eva Mae, Bud, Son, Lionel and
Ronnie Elder.
He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.

NORCO - William Hayes Jr., 66, a native of Norco and resident of
Milwaukee, died Feb. 10. He was the father of Rhonda Woods, David
Hayes and William Jenkins.
He was also the son of Edwina Hall Moore and the late William
Hayes, brother of Karen Harris, Maryetta McCurry, Elouise
Labostrie, Clarence, Michael, Aaron and Donna Moore and
stepbrother of Marion London.
He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.

LUTCHER - Sadie Holland Hickman, 73, a native of Plaquemine and
resident of Lutcher, died Feb. 8. She was the wife of the late
Rev. Cleo Hickman, and mother of Thomas Holland.
She was also the daughter of the late Joseph Sr. and Mary Braxton
Holland, and sister of Lillie Mae Cain, and the late Lottie
Gaines, Mary Taylor, Joseph Jr., Ross and James Holland.
She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-

METAIRIE - Raymond J. McNally Sr., a native of Leominater, Mass.,
and resident of Kenner, died Feb. 11. He was the husband of
Dorothy McNally and father of Marilyn Marsh of Destrehan, Carol
LaComb of LaPlace, Brenda Olsen of Corpus Christi, Texas, Doris
Blottenberger of Gretna, Dorothy Sisco of LaPlace, Marilyn Dupre
of LaPlace, James McNally of LaPlace and Raymond McNally Jr. of
Kenner.
He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and seven great-
grandchildren.

HAHNVILLE - Isaac "Ike" Marshall, 57, a native and resident of
Hahnville, died Feb. 9. He was the husband of Marguerite
Darensbourg Marshall and stepfather of La Sandra Darensbourg.
He was also the son of the late Elijah and Rosa Pierre Marshall
and brother of Gertis Williams, Sarah Boyle, Ferdis Pierre, Iola
Marshall and the late George Sr., Alvin and Joseph Marshall.

VACHERIE - Patsy Mae Paul, 78, a native of St. James and resident
of Vacherie, died Feb. 9. She was the wife of Raymond Paul and
mother of Vera Landreaux, Olivia Clark, Wonderloyn Travis,
Hermanese Carter, Wanda Simms, Angela and Pineal Paul and the late
Linda, Joseph and Jernard Paul.
She was also the daughter of the late James and Viola Pierre and
sister of Ceola Johnson, Esmond Sheppard and the late Ollie King.
She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren
and four great-great-grandchildren.

HARVEY - Pearl Duet Prokasy, 81, a native of Schriever and
resident of Des Allemands, died Feb. 12. She was the wife of
Clarence Prokasy and mother of Marleen and Frederick John.
She was also the daughter of the late Raqul and Cecile Duet and
sister of Irene Hodge and the late Lucy Hughes.
She is also survived by one grandchild.
She was a retired technician at Charity Hospital, New Orleans.

KENNER - Wolfgang Michael Gustav Wagner, 15, a native of Raceland
and resident of St. Charles Parish for 13 years, died Feb. 13 of
natural causes. He was the son of Peter and Gayle A. Wagner and
brother of Stephanie Bourgeois and Kristin, Brigette, Erika,
Franz, Franziska, Erik and Dakota Wagner.
He was also the grandson of the late Gustav and Mega Wagner,
Mildred Gideons and the late Michael J. Artall. He was also the
step-grandson of Harry J. Champagne Sr.
He was a sophomore at Hahnville High School and member of the HHS
Band.
Services were Feb. 16 in the chapel of L.A. Muhleisen Funeral
Home, Kenner, with interment at Mt. Airy Memorial Park Cemetery.

ST. JAMES - Denell Young, 27, a native and resident of St. James,
died Feb. 12. She was the mother of Brian Young.
She is also survived by eight sisters and two brothers. She was
preceded in death by her parents and one brother.

HARVEY - Harold J. Badeaux, 94, a native of Romeville and resident
of Marrero, died Feb. 14. He was the husband of the late Mercedes
Dufour Badeaux, by first marriage, and the late Edna Rome Badeaux,
by second marriage, and father of Arlen Sr., Lynn and Janice
Badeaux.
He was also the son of the late Henry and Lucy Sarrizan Badeaux
and brother of Edna Brown.
He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great-
grandchildren.
He was an usher at Infant Jesus of Prague Catholic Church, Harvey.
Private services were Feb. 17.

KENNER - Gilbert "Gilly" Bourgeois, 65, a native of Gramercy and
resident of Destrehan for 42 years, died Feb. 17. He was the
husband of Betty Jo Vitrano Bourgeois and father of Kelly McCray
and Kevin, Carey, Keith and Curt Bourgeois.
He was also the son of the late Junius and Elsie Bourgeois and
brother of Lois Owens.
He is also survived by six grandchildren.
He was an industrial operator for Dupont Chemical.

LULING - Cynthia Ann Caillet, 55, a native of Luling and resident
of Kenner for nine years, died Feb. 18. She was the former wife of
David Champagne Sr. and mother of David Jr., Chad, Kelly and Cami
Champagne.
She was also the daughter of Syl Sr. and Maybelle Baudoin Caillet
and sister of Sylvia Touchard and Syl Jr. and Gerald Caillet.

EDGARD - Denise Marie Coleman, 41, a native and resident of
Edgard, died Feb. 13. She was the mother of Jamarr and Adrian
Coleman.
She was also the daughter of Roenia Burrell Fiffie and Leslie
Coleman, stepdaughter of Alvin Fiffie and sister of Rachelle
Fiffie and Leslie, Mark and Wayne Coleman. She was also the
companion of Medrick Williams Jr.

Guillot and brother of Gerald Guillot and the late Rosa Blanchard

resident of New Orleans and resident of LaPlace for 17 years, died
Feb. 21. She was the wife of the late Herman J. Bagwell and mother
of Wilma Cotty, Doris Delatte, Patsy Bell and Wanda and the late
Sgt. Cecil Ray Bagwell.
She was also the sister of the late Ethel Flynn and Maggie, Pearl,
Beulah, Stella, Mack and Fred Bagwell.
She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren
and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by
two grandchildren.

She was also the daughter of the late Mack Sr. and Annabel Dick

NORCO - Harry Joseph Guidry, 79, a native of Braithwaite, former
resident of Garyville and resident of Norco for 52 years, died
Feb. 22. He was the husband of 52 years of Marjorie "Margie"
Clement Guidry and father of Eva Holmes, Patti Clement and Ann
Marie Guidry.
He was also the son of the late Robert and Louella Guidry and
brother of Julia Oubre, Marie Guidry and the late Richard Guidry.
He retired from Shell Oil in 1983, and was active in Sacred Heart
Yard Boys, American Legion, St. Charles Council On Aging, Retired
Senior Volunteer Program, AARP and Shell Employees Club.
Services were Feb. 26 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church,
Norco, with interment at St. Peter Cemetery, Reserve.

KENNER - Mary Triche Rosato, 79, a native of Garyville and
