Landry This day the seventh of April in the year one thousand and eight hundred and thirty two, pursuant to an order of the Court of Probate I George King Parish Judge in and for the aforesaid Parish and in officio auctioneer have proceeded to the last residence of the late Paul Boutin deceased, situated in the Prairie des femmes distant about fourteen miles from the Court house of the said Parish, in order to sell at public auction the estate left by the said deceased payable as follows, to wit, all sums under ten dollars to be paid the seventh day of April in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty three, and all sums of ten dollars and upwards to be paid one half on the seventh day of April one thousand eight hundred and thirty three and the other half on the eleventh day of April in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty four, purshasers giving approved security and the slaves (?) remaining mortgaged to the estate until the entire payment of the purchase money and the interest which accrue thereon--- It being stipulated and well understood that all sums not punctually paid shall bear interest at the rate of ten per cent per annum from the time they become due until payment thereof this last clause is however not to be construed as to grant any further delay---The sale having been advertised according to Law, and the terms and conditions proclaimed above to the prop-in attendance we have proceeded as follows to wit.
