Joseph Thibodeau and Clemin Boudreau appraised the property. The property is described as being situated near Grand Coteau, 25 arpents with buildings and improvements bound North by Dr. Mills, south by Firman Boudreau, East by Dr. Mills, West by Edmond Thibodeau. Item No. 4 of inventory: "Her interest in the estate of her deceased mother Mrs. William Elkins appraised at $50.00.There are nine children of their marriage of which four are minors, to wit: Hermina, Noelly, Alladin and Ervina. Firman Boudreau their brother is named Under-tutor. Witnesses: Louis M. Leger, Melar Daigle, Joseph Thibodeau and Clemin Boudreau.
