PUBLIC  SALE

Will be sold, at public sale, to the highest and last bidder, at the last
residence of Ange Soileau, deceased, on Bayou Crocodile or Carpe, in this
parish, on Tuesday, 1st. day of March 1853, by the ministry of the
administratrix of said estate, the following property, belonging to the
succession of Ange Soileau, deceased, to wit:

THE PLANTATION, on which the deceased last resided, containing 110 acres of
land, with all the Buildings and Improvements thereon erected.

A small lot of Gentle Cuttle [cattle], 3 creole horses, 2 creole mares,
plantation utensils, &c.

The conditions of the sale will be announced on the day of sale.
