Auguste Donato, exr, &c.. vs. Josephine Tesson, District Court, St. Landry, No.
5962

By virtue of an order of seizure and sale, issued in the above entitled suit, by
the 
District Court, in and for the parish of Saint Landry, and to me directed, will be 
exposed to public sale, for Cash at the Court House of this parish, on Saturday,
the
fifth day of February; A. D., 1853, commencing at the hour of 11 o'clock A. M., and

continued from day to day if necessary, all the right, title, interest and
demand of 
in and to the following property, seized to satisfy said writ, to wit:

A certain Lot of Ground, situated in the town of Opelousas, having one half arpent
front by one hundred and sixty-nine feet in depth, adjoining on the South to the
land
of J. B. Isabelle, on the North to land formerly belonging to Louis Louaillier
Senr.,
on the East to land belonging to Joseph Hardy and on the West to the twenty feet
which the said Joseph Hardy, her vendor, has reserved between the line of P.
Cahanid
for a passage for the said lot, with all the Buildings and Improvements thereon.
