District Court, Parish of St. Landry. No. 8204

Estate of Celise Fontenot, dec'd.

THEODULE FONTENOT, of the Parish of St. Landry, Administrator of the Estate of 
Celise Fontenot, widow of Aquila McDaniel, deceased, late of the Parish of St. 
Landry, having filed a Tableau of Distribution of said Estate, accompanied by a 
petition has been granted by an order of Court, dated July 29, 1857.

Therefore, notice is hereby given to all interested, to make opposition, if any 
they have, within thirty days from the date hereof, why said Tableau should not 
be homologated the Administrator be discharged of all further liabilities and 
his bond cancelled.
