District Court, Parish of St. Landry, No. 6017

Estate of Cleonise Richard, dec'd.

FRANCOIS DUPRE Fils, of the Parish of St. Landry, Administrator of the Estate of
the late Cleonise Richard, deceased of the aforesaid Parish, having filed his
first annual account, accompanied by his petition, praying that the same may be
homologated.  And whereas the prayer of said petition has been granted by an
order of Court, dated February 25th, 1853;

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given to all interested to make opposition, if
any they have, within ten days, from the date hereof, why said Account should
not be homologated.
